2. the menus previously created for the lesson on food/drink.

​

Teacher print out the buyer/seller record Page (the button above) for each student.

​Students go over sentences that will be used in the activity.

​

Rules: Seller must try to sell items as expensive and as many as possible .
  buyers must try to bargain and try to get items as many and as cheap as possible.

Appendix II. Student Activity Worksheet Printout

Students are divided into buyers (买家) and seller (卖家). Seller’s goals are to get the highest total amount; and the buyers’ goal is to buy the products with the lowest spending. Students must negotiate price with each other using sentences from the Phrase Bank, fill in the table below in Chinese, and write a summary in the box provided below.
