Find a Picture online

Each Student must find a picture of animals online and print it out in color.

​

Teacher organizes the pictures and hang them in the classroom.

Teacher prints out the document -->

Write Captions

 

Individual Submission 

Students walk around the classroom and write captions for each picture.

​

Each student must provide 8 submissions. 

​

Group Submission 

3 Students in each group and assign them a group number. 

​

Open-hand Sticky-Note Submission 

Students post their captions next to the picture.

​

Vote

Teacher posts and reads all the captions and students vote for their favorite ones.

Top three gets to be listed under the picture. Top choice for each picture wins a sticker.
